Multilayer CAD/CAM Zirconia discs
INDURATE® multilayer products consist of two to three layers of zirconia with either different color or translucency value. Their aesthetically pleasing gradient look mimics that of natural teeth and minimizes the time needed to finish the construction manually. Depending on the product type, only glazing and minor touch-ups are needed. Painting and staining can be eliminated entirely.

For all multilayer models 16 shades on Vita scale are available. In addition, Multilayer Extra-Translucent is available in bleach.
Multilayer Combinate Translucent – ML CT
INDURATE® Combinate Translucent (ML CT) multilayer blanks are the ultimate game changer for any dental laboratory and technician looking to find a one-disc and all-purpose solution for dental restorations.

Its unparalleled Combinate Technology creates such a perfectly seamless and natural looking progression of translucency that only minimal staining if any is necessary to finish the construction. Sintering can be done immediately after milling and only glaze or polish is needed to achieve an impeccable look.

With a 4-point tested minimum flexural strength of >1,100–1,000–800 MPa, INDURATE® ML CT is suitable for all indications from single crowns to up to 16-unit bridge constructions.
  • Translucency 45–49%
  • Flexural strength >1100–1000–800 MPa
  • Available thicknesses 16 mm and 20 mm
  • Translucency Gradient
Multilayer Combinate Translucent blanks consist of three layers of varying translucency and flexural strength. For example, an ML CT blank in VITA shade A2 maintains the same monolithic color throughout all layers, but the varying translucency layers create an impression of gradient color.

Each of the layers consists of a combination of TOSOH nano-zirconia powders and additives based on translucent and super translucent Zpex 4 and Zpex Smile. The incisal layer is 4 mm thick on all size variations of the ML CT model.
Multilayer High-Translucent – ML HT
INDURATE® High-Translucent (ML HT) multilayer blanks are designed to give a perfectly natural looking shade transition from dark to light, which makes them ideal for frontal restorations. The translucency of the workpieces is comparable to that of lithium disilicate glass ceramic and only minor touch-ups are needed to accomplish the finished look.

With a minimum flexural strength of >800 MPa, INDURATE® ML HT is especially suited for frontal veneers and monolithic crowns. It is also perfect for inlays, onlays, crowns for abutments and bridges up to 3 units.
  • Translucency 49%
  • Flexural strength >800 MPa
  • Available thicknesses 14 mm, 18 mm and 22 mm
  • Color Gradient
An ML (A1 – A3) HT disc consists of three layers with A1 - A2 - А3 colour shades that are in a constant sequence throughout the height of a blank.

These shades are created by use of powders and additives based on Zpex Smile - super translucent materials. This means that these layers are (High Translucency - 49%) A1HT - A2HT - A3HT. This colour change creates a smooth Colour Gradient.
Multilayer Extra-Translucent – ML ET
INDURATE® Extra-Translucent (ML ET) multilayer blanks are the perfect universal solution for any construction.

Their natural looking color gradient together with a minimum flexural strength of >1,100 MPa yields to flawless results. Only minor touch-ups of staining are needed to achieve the perfect natural look with INDURATE® ML ET. The material is suited to veneers, inlays, onlays, reduced and monolithic crowns, hybrid abutments, crowns for abutments and bridge constructions of up to 16 units.
  • Translucency 45%
  • Flexural strength >1100 MPa
  • Available thicknesses 14 mm, 18 mm and 22 mm
  • Color Gradient
A disc designated as ML (OM1-OM3) ET is three-layered, also known as BL, but each layer consists of powders and additives based on Zpex 4 - translucent materials, designated with letters ET (Extra Translucency 45%), this means that the layers are OM1ET - OM2ET - OM3ET. This colour change creates a smooth Colour Gradient.
